Mass IDEAS is seeking a Program Manager to support our efforts

Mass IDEAS (Innovating Design in Education for All Students) is a $5.5 million initiative designed to bring bold models of high-quality, innovative learning to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in order to close achievement gaps and prepare all students for success in work and life. Massachusetts needs an effort to catalyze schools at the outer edges of design and redesign, in order to build our own cohort of truly innovative, high-quality school models to help communities, educators, and leaders across the state broaden our understanding of what public schools can do.

Guided by our design principles and employing a variety of strategies created to support stakeholders at different stages of readiness for whole-school design and redesign, Mass IDEAS supports teams across the state so that together, we can create the great schools all Massachusetts students deserve.

Mass IDEAS is seeking a Program Manager to provide support in our efforts. The Program Manager will join a team intent on fostering equitable educational opportunities for all students, dedicated to collaborative adult learning, and committed to having a lot of fun along the way. This is a full-time, exempt position, working remotely from anywhere in Massachusetts.

We actively encourage and welcome candidates who are diverse along multiple axes of identity (such as race, gender, age, sexual orientation, nationality, and other identities).
